Position Summary:

This individual will report to and work under the supervision of the Dispatcher and or the Operations Leader who will be responsible to issue the daily workload and go over any special requirements for daily/weekly tasks. It is this individual’s responsibility to go over all imperative tasks with their supervisor to know all immediate priorities of pending tasks to be performed prior to the end of the business day/week.

It is the individual’s responsibility to communicate with their supervisor if they are aware of any variation on the scope of outlined work that may alter the current priorities and make time spent more efficiently and or effectively while keeping the companies budget in mind..

  • Salary:$440+/week

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties listed are intended as examples of the various types of work and responsibilities that will be performed by this individual in this classification of employment. This individual will be required to carry out and perform these duties to the best of their ability.

  • Emptying trash & Recycling cans.
  • Cleaning restrooms, kitchen, offices, warehouse
  • Cut down used empty boxes and stack in racking
  • Dust / vacuum offices
  • Foot patrolling of all grass areas for trash and debris
  • 90% of tasks would be inside vs outside
  • Folding of moving pads
  • Organization of office supplies and warehouse equipment.
  • Guaranteed full time work. Must be able to work independently and task oriented.
  • Have the understanding that work days may be long at times and that they are not done until the job is completed.
  • Individual accepts and willing to perform any and all work assigned.
  • It will be your responsibility to perform the work in a safe manner so that no one is put into harms way.

  • Have the knowledge of general cleaning agents proper use and handling that should be utilized for safe application.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of previous experience in same or relative field is required.
  • Able to lift items of 50 lbs or greater on a repetitive basis while performing different lifting methods.
  • Able to safely utilize sharp knives and/or razor blades for an extended period of time.
  • Common knowledge of cleaning agents and proper application.
  • Able to work on your feet for 8 hours at a time if needed.
  • Not required to start position but if needed will pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Must have a commitment to provide exceptional service to our facility.
  • Not required to have experience or knowledge with utilizing a digital task list or project management application but will be greatly considered a positive.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor with other employees and especially with our visiting customers.

*Note: This position if for our Moorestown Warehouse/Office located in New Jersey all applicants must reside in local area and have their own means of transportation. Anchor Moving & Storage and staff are not required or responsible for providing transportation to unlicensed employees.
